Due to the COVID pandemic, we have had to close our clinic for three months. While many things have changed since then, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your child's health and safety.
Our new hours will be 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Due to the large backlog of appointments being affected by this closure, ALL appointments scheduled in 2020 and 2021 are now officially CANCELLED and must be rescheduled.
We are adhering to social distancing which includes but is not limited to a minimum of 2 meters between dental chairs and staggering appointment arrival and departure times. Appointments will be spaced out to allow for physical distancing between patients. This may result in less flexibility and availability in scheduling your appointment
If you are a New Patient to our clinic, your New Patient Paperwork MUST be completed prior to the appointment or we are unable to see you
Patients will be emailed a screening questionnaire regarding Covid-19 with their confirmation email. This screening questionnaire must be filled out before 12:00 p.m. the business day before your child’s appointment. Anyone who answers yes to any of the questions will NOT be seen and will be rescheduled.
You will be given a phone number in your confirmation email to call when you arrive in the parking lot. We will be screening you again upon entering the clinic.
Prior to entering the office, any accompanying adult will be required to wear a mask or face covering. We ask all our patients to bring and wear their own masks/face covering.
We are only allowing ONE parent or guardian to attend the appointment to limit the number of people in the office. This will be strictly enforced.
We are not able to see families of more than 2 at one time. Families of 3 or more must be booked on separate days.
Our waiting room will no longer offer books, toys or iPads to limit contact between patients. All educational materials such as stuffed animals will no longer be used
Upon exiting the clinic, we ask you again to sanitize your hands
All payments will be done via contactless payment methods. Please remember that we are a Pediatric Dental Specialist office and as such, we do charge Specialist fees for ALL dental appointments.
Once again we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However it is in the best interest of everyone that we start fresh under the new guidelines.

Based on the new Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO) guidelines and maintaining our committment to keep our staff and patients safe we will be implementing the following changes:
You will be required to sanitize your hands upon entering the clinic. Hand Sanitizer stations will be present throughout the clinic
In order to reduce the amount of aerosols being generated the procedures offered will be limited. This includes polishing and drilling teeth which will only be offered on specific days
